The Screw Hook is used to set up a hammock indoors or out. It can be screwed into a 2x4 stud, a wooden beam, ceiling or column, or a tree (without harming the tree in any way). Pre-drill a hole (2/3 the diameter of the screw) and it will not split the 2x4.
