A pair of our spreader bars can be added onto any one of the single, double or rope hammocks. They have the advantage of opening the hammock as well as facilitating being able to machine-wash the hammock any time it is dirty.

The spreader bar can be used on a rope hammock just as easily as on a single or a double. Since it is removeable, it allows your hammock to be even more portable. Using a hammock without the spreader bar also gives you a much more comfortable sleep, if you are going to be in it for extended periods.
